Frequently Asked Questions What do I do if I have lost my VISA Check Card?
If you know that your card is lost/stolen you may call VISA directly at 1-800-236-2442. They can close your card immediately to ensure that no further charges are made on your card.
If you have questions regarding your card (other than lost or stolen), you may call VISA Customer Service anytime at 1-800-221-5920.
As always, you may contact State Bank of Speer during regular banking hours regarding questions with your check card.
How do I access Internet Banking? If you are currently enrolled for our internet banking service, click on the access id on the right side of our website (middle of page) and enter your password.
If you are not currently enrolled in our internet banking service, click on the enroll now on the right side of the website. Once we have received your internet banking application and have verified the information, you will be able to view your account balance and history online withing 24-48 hours.
We also offer free bill pay service with our internet banking. It's quick and easy to securely pay your bills with just a click of the mouse.
For businesses, we offer commercial services online. Along with bill pay services, there are options to pay your employees with direct deposit thru your internet banking service, request wire transfers, and process automatic withdrawals for payment of your current customers accounts - no need for them to mail you a check.
